This form is for requesting inside and outside door keys.
Rules:
1. Only Members in good standing are allowed to possess a key.
2. Each requestee gets one of each type of key, but if you want more than one, you need to pay $2.00 for each additional copy (Farm Store at cost)
3. Sharing keys to non-members is not allowed. If you are a listed Member for a non-SRBC event, you must be present through the entire duration of the event. You are the responsible, accountable member.
4. Please use church in a reasonable manner (i.e. no processing deer in the kitchen).
5. Each key is stamped, and therefore can be audited and tracked for security purposes. Please don't make copies for yourself/friends/family.
