This form is to request the use of the church for church activities. As long as there are no conflicts with other church activities, these will be approved. For current availability, refer to the church calendar on the website. Recurring meetings will be approved indefinitely. However, keep in mind funerals will take precedence over most activities. If a funeral is scheduled over an activity, someone will contact you to let you know. 
Sound Booth is off limits unless you have explicit prior approval. Keep in mind a system reboot is $700. 
If you need a key, please fill out the key request form! 
We, the body of Solid Rock Baptist Church believe our church building is a gift from God and we believe we should use it to bring Him glory and honor. We ask that when requesting to use this building, that you keep your thoughts on who we want to reflect as stated in our bylaws:

- We will seek by Christian example and personal effort to win others to Christ and to encourage their growth toward Christian morality.

- We will oppose all conduct that comprised our Christian Faith and will uphold high standards on Christian morality set by Christ.

Please think through whether or not your use of the building meets the above criteria before requesting to use the facility. There will be no fee for building use. All the trustees ask is that you leave the building as clean or cleaner than when you found it to support our janitorial staff who works hard to have the building ready for Sunday service. If the building is found otherwise, a $100 cleaning fee will be assesed.

Except with prior authorization, SOUND AND VIDEO EQUIPMENT USE IS OFF LIMITS! Any damage, even unseen, may require up to $700 of repairs for calibration.  

All requests are made on a first come, first served basis. Church activities take preference over outside or personal events, therefore you may be required to change the date and/or time of the request. For availability, refer to the church calendar on the website. 

A member of Solid Rock Church MUST BE PRESENT during the entire duration of event, and that person will be held responsible for damages. 
For building access, please contact your SRBC Member. They will have a key to the building.
